廣州保科力醫(yī)藥保健品進出口有限公司成立于1985年，前身是“廣州醫(yī)藥保健品進出口公司”，2001年曾改名為“廣州市保科力貿(mào)易公司”，現(xiàn)為廣州紡織工貿(mào)企業(yè)集團有限公司屬下的一家大型國有專業(yè)進出口公司。公司集國際貿(mào)易、國內(nèi)貿(mào)易、倉儲服務(wù)為一體，具有豐富的國際營銷經(jīng)驗和良好商譽，并在香港設(shè)立海外公司參與國際化運營。
公司總資產(chǎn)超過2億人民幣，年進出口規(guī)模超過1億美元。擁有超過3,000多平方米的辦公大樓，20,000多平方米的倉庫，其中配備中型企業(yè)GSP專業(yè)認證的倉庫，庫區(qū)面積超過1000平方米，可存放中藥材、中成藥、生化藥品、生物制品、抗生素制劑等。

Guangzhou Begol Holdings Limited, founded in 1985 when called Guangzhou Medicines and Health Products Import and Export Corporation, is a large state-owned enterprise. In 2001, it changed its name into "Guangzhou Begol Trading Corporation" .Now we are the affiliated company of Guangzhou Textiles Industry & Trade Holdings Ltd. We focus on international trade and domestic business as well as warehouse service, with many years of experience in global markets and enjoying good commercial reputation. To provide reliable service to our clients , we have set up our own offices in Hongkong.
The total asset of our company is more than 200 million RMB, and the annual trade volume reaches up over 100 million US dollars. The office buildings cover an area of more than 3,000 square meters. Our warehouse occupies an area of more than 20,000 square meters, among which about 1000 square metres with GSP authentification available for Chinese herbs, Chinese patent medicines，biochemical drugs，biological products, and antibiotics etc.
Our company have been a member of six different China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export (CCCT, CCCLA, CCCME, CCCMC, CFNA, CCCMHPIE), and an executive member of China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Medicines & Health Products (CCCMHPIE). The scope of our main business falls in textiles and garments, health care medicine, medical device, light industrial and electronic products, and home commodity etc. We are classified as class-A Enterprise directed both by the China Customs and the Tax Bureau, enjoying the preferential service from the local authorities. We have been honored as “enterprise of abiding by strictly contract and being trust worthy” by Guangzhou Industrial and Commercial Bureau for the past 12 years, and have successively passed the yearly test for the GSP（Good Supply Practice） authentification and the ISO9001:2008 international quality system. We are the holders of Pharmaceutical Trade License, Medical Device Distribution Enterprise License, and Food Distribution License (which has obtained CFNA’s dairy imports registration qualification) .Our brands of “Begol”, “Wu Yang” ，and “Double Swan” have been widely accepted in the overseas market. The brand “Wu Yang” has been given the priority for cultivation in Guangdong province.
